What kind of licenses are available for the Crop2Size™ software?
Two licensing alternatives are available for downloading and installing Crop2Size™:
- A Single Website License enables installation of Crop2Size™ on a single website.
- A Single Hardware Server License lets you install Crop2Size™ to multiple websites on a single server.

What are Crop2Size™'s system and environment requirements?
The following components are required to be on a web server running Crop2Size™:
- PHP 4 or 5
- FCKeditor 2.3.x (when embedded within the FCKeditor)
- GD Library 2.0 or greater.

Which scripting languages does Crop2Size™ use?
Currently only PHP is supported. We are working on producing backends for ASP, ASP.Net, Perl and Cold Fusion.
What happens to the EXIF information and other metadata when images are scaled?
Metadata of this kind is not preserved during the Crop2Size™ editing process.
What are the size limitations for images that can be loaded to Crop2Size™?
There are two types of image size limitations: amount of pixels and file size in bytes.
There is no limit on the amount of pixels in file that can be loaded to Crop2Size™. However, output images can not exceed 600 px of width.
With respect to file size, you can specify the maximum size of files that can be loaded in the installation script during the installation process. Please note that the online demo will not accept files over 2 mb.

Note: Large images take longer to upload.
How long can I keep cropped images that have been saved to the server available for loading and editing by the user?
The default time is 120 seconds .
To change this amount, run
the configure.php script and set the variable. (For more information, see the
detailed installation and configuration instructions as mentioned above.)
I use Zen Cart on my website. How do I add in Crop2Size™?
On the download page, there is a link to the Crop2Size™ package for Zen Cart on the Zen Cart website. Alternatively, you can go to the Zen Cart website and search for the Crop2Size™ package.
What version of the GD graphics library does Crop2Size™ use?
Crop2Size™ supports GD 2.0.xx and above.
How do I obtain a free 30-day trial license?
